What we install

Zoned for lawn, beds and shade

A good irrigation system is invisible when it's working. We design the layout around your property, splitting it into zones so the sunny front lawn, the shady side yard, and the planting beds each get what they actually need, then install pop-up sprinklers for turf and drip lines for beds and foundation plantings.

A smart controller with a rain sensor ties it together, so the system skips a cycle after a storm and adjusts through the season. The result is a greener lawn, healthier plantings, and less water wasted, without you standing in the yard with a hose at 6 a.m.

  • Zoned automatic sprinkler systems for turf
  • Drip lines for beds, plantings, and foundations
  • Smart controllers, rain sensors, and scheduling
  • Efficient coverage that cuts water waste
  • Clean installation with buried lines and tidy heads

Protecting the lawn and plantings we install

Irrigation is the insurance policy on the rest of your landscape. A new lawn, fresh plantings, or a hydroseeded slope all need consistent water to establish, and New England summers don't always cooperate. An automatic system takes that risk off your plate.

When irrigation goes in alongside new beds or a new lawn, the lines run while the ground is already open, so they stay hidden and everything is watered from day one. One crew, planned together.

  • Installed with new lawns and plantings
  • Drip run to beds while they're open
  • Laid out so it's easy to service each season

Good to know

Irrigation questions we hear a lot

A few of the things homeowners ask before installing a system.

What affects the price?

Mostly the size of the property, how many zones it needs, whether you want drip lines for beds, and how much lawn or planting is already in place. The zone layout and written price come after the site visit.

Will a sprinkler system raise my water bill a lot?

Less than most people expect, because a well-designed system waters efficiently, only the zones that need it, at the right time of day, and skips cycles after rain. Zoning, a rain sensor and early-morning watering help keep water use down.

Can you add drip for my planting beds?

Yes. Drip lines deliver water right to the roots of shrubs and perennials with almost no waste or runoff, which is ideal for beds and foundation plantings. We often run drip and lawn sprinklers off the same controller.

Do you install it when we do a new lawn?

That's the ideal time. Putting irrigation in while the lawn and beds are open means the lines are hidden and everything is watered from the moment it's planted, which helps it establish.

Does the system need seasonal service?

Yes. Every system needs a spring start-up and a fall blow-out before the first freeze so nothing cracks over the winter. We'll go over who handles that for your system at the visit.

How do I get started?

Request a consultation and we'll set up an on-site visit. We look at the property, map out the zones, and put together a design and written price.
